A7 Angel
Walking home from the
Bronze Buffy is attacked by 'The Three', a group
of imfamously strong vampires, sent by the Master
to kill her. From out of the shadows a familiar
stranger comes to her aid. Angel is injured in
the battle and Buffy sneeks him into her home to
tend to his injuries. Their attraction is
obvious. Because 'The Three' may still be at
large, Buffy won't let him leave, but her mother
finds them. Buffy introduces him as a college
student who is helping with her studies. Mrs
Summers suggests it's late and he should leave
and they agree. When Mrs Summers back is turned
they pretend he has gone and then sneek up to
Buffy's room. He curls up on the floor, she curls
up in bed.
Not fully aware of her
guests true identity, Buffy lets him hide there
all day. When it comes time to leave that evening
their mutual attraction gets the better of them
and they kiss. Angel pulls away, revealing his
vampire face, Buffy screams, Angel disappears out
of the window.
With Buffy at the library
studying with Willow, Mrs Summers is left alone
in the house. A knock at the door reveals a
teenager called Darla, who say's she's their to
tutor Buffy. Mrs Summers lets her in and they go
to the kitchen..... Buffy packs up her books and
starts to head home..... With Mrs Summers back
turned Darla reveals her true, vampire, face and
bites into Mrs Summers neck. Mrs Summers passes
out. Angel comes in to rescue her and Darla
throws her into his arms and tempts him to feed.
Angel reveals his vampire face, resisting the
encouragment by Darla. Buffy arrives home and
Darla dashes out of the back door. When Buffy
walks into the kitchen she assumes it's Angel
that has attacked her mother and throws him out
of the house, literally.
At the hospital, Buffy's
mother is stable and making a good recovery. An
angry Buffy has only revenge on her mind, Angel
must be slain. With the Scooby gang watching over
Mrs Summers, Buffy goes in search of Angel at a
deserted Bronze. She find's her prey, they
exchange words and start to fight. Their battle
is interupted by the arrival of Darla, who
reveals two guns and starts shooting at Buffy. A
connection between Angel and Darla is obvious.
Back at the hospital Mrs Summers has come round
and is talking to Giles. She mentions the girl
who was with her and asks if she is alright.
Giles enquires further and realises it wasn't
Angel that attacked Mrs Summers. The Scooby gang
rush to the Bronze to tell Buffy.
Angel slays Darla.
