B1 When she was
bad

Xander and Willow are
wandering the streets of Sunnydale, with ice
creams, just after night fall. They stop to talk,
Willow jumping up onto a wall to sit down. As the
conversation continues they get closer, and
closer, and.......a vampire jumps up from behind
the wall and tries to grab Willow....
Buffy returns to Sunnydale
after a quiet summer all round. She goes in
search of her friends, to find them being
attacked by a vampire. Buffy promptly intervenes
and deals with the vamp swiftly. She turns to her
friends "Miss me?"
Buffy's behaviour from
that point on deteriorates, as she gets more and
more bitchy towards her friends. She has
nightmares of Giles attacking her and turning
into the Master. She is distracted, quiet and
moody. At the Bronze Buffy starts to make nice to
Xander, then all of a sudden walks off and leaves
the club. Cordelia follows her and makes some
comments about her behaviour, Buffy ignores her,
turns away and walks off. Cordelia turns to
return to the club but is grabbed and bundled
into a dark room, with an unconsious Jenny
Calender. Whilst wondering Sunnydale Buffy
notices that the Masters bones have been dug up.
At the library, Buffy gets
a message to go to the Bronze, the message has
Cordelia's watch wrapped around it. Angel
confronts Buffy as she heads over to the Bronze,
and receives the same bitchy response as all the
others. When she arrives it's not the person she
is expecting, but a vampire. After an
altercation, and the arrival of Angel, Buffy
realises that her friends are in danger, and asks
Angel to keep an eye on their prisoner. When she
gets back to the library only a very angry Xander
is their, with a bloody nose, and a wrecked
library. They return to the Bronze and begin
torturing their prisoner for information....
....they sneek into the
warehouse to find Giles, Willow, Cordelia and
Jenny strung up by their feet over the skeleton
of the Master. The 'Annointed One' and his
comrads are trying to revive the Master, and need
the blood of those who were closest to him when
he died. Before they can start the ceremony
proper Buffy and company go into action. Whilst
Buffy and Angel fight the vampires Xander reels
in the others and unties them. As they start to
come round the fighting reaches a head with Buffy
taking out the last vampire there, who was about
to attack her with a sledge hammer.
Buffy picks up the sledge
hammer and walks over to the Masters bones, she
raises the hammer and crashes it down, crushing
the Masters bones, over, and over, and
over....she drops the hammer and Angel walks over
to her, Buffy breaks down into tears and Angel
puts his arms around her and holds her close.
Willow and Xander forgive
Buffy for her behaviour, and it's business as
usual. The Annointed One returns to the
warehouse, and surveys the pummeled bones of the
Master, he says 'I hate that girl'.
