Season One
Phoebe is the youngest of the three Halliwell sisters. She is not on the best of terms with the oldest sister, Prue, over some 'family' issues relating to their father. After their grandmother dies, Phoebe eventually returns to the family home, after giving up on her life in New York. Strange things start to happen, and Pheobe accidentally triggers the 're-awakening' of their inherited witchcraft powers. The 'Charmed Ones' are now a reality.

Season Two
Phoebe continues to mature as a person, returns to college, and discovers she has a dark side to her personality that needs to be kept in check.
